Over the year I've known Craig I have had him to fit my kitchen, everything he did he discussed with us, gave us a price beforehand and there wasn't any hidden costs pop up which we have had in the past. Really pleased with my new kitchen, so much so we had him back a few months later to do the bathroom and toilet which looks lovely. It's the nicest its ever looked since we moved into our house. Craig is hard working, thorough and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Craig is a trustworthy and flexible tradesmen . He is a good all rounder and someone you can rely when you need something doing . I have used Craig to decorate, replace glazing, replace bathrooms and other maintenance jobs. Craig is competitive in his pricing. He is a genuine guy and a pleasure to be around . Everyone needs a good tradesperson to rely on and I would highly recommend Craig as that person. I will continue to use him as I am very happy with the work he has done for me , not only the quality of work but also the advice he has given me when looking at the most cost effective options.

Anyone in need of a new boundary fence should look no further than CR Construction. Craig, the main man, removed a huge conifer hedge, loads of bushes and a 20 foot tree then replaced them with a fence of 20 of 6 foot x 6 foot palisade vertical fence panels and concrete posts. All perfectly level and in line at a very competitive price. He has since been to relay a block paved drive which was badly fitted years ago, again an excellent job at the right price. Highly recommended.

We have had Craig on two occasions. The first was a patio to the back garden. A really good job and workmanship, using quality materials. The second the repair and recovering the shed roof. Again a top job. He is a punctual, capable and hard worker and would recommend him unreservedly.

Craig dug out new soak away, gully and altered down pipe as I was having trouble with flooding on front garden. Craig did a great job from start to finish. Took all waste away and left garden looking clean and tidy. Would definitely use again.

Craig laid my original block paved driveway several years ago and when I needed the drive extending to make room for my camper van, along with a soak away installed, Craig was the person I asked. He is very knowledgeable in his field and has all the right tools for the job. He is a punctual, trustworthy, hardworking individual. I was always kept updated with regards to progress and he delivered with a great job and I have already approached him with regards to another project. Along with his able assistant Luke they are well recommended.

Craig has done several jobs for us now all to a high standard. His advice and organisation are excellent. We would definitely recommend Craig for all your construction needs.

Over the years, Craig has renewed my Soakaway and pipe work, built 2 patios and erected some fencing and gates. All the work was of a superb standard. The team were professional, punctual and hard workers.

Craig always works to a very high standard. He's punctual, efficient and a clean and tidy worker.
He bricked up a garage door when we converted our garage into a room and relayed our drive when it started sinking around the manholes. We were more than happy with both jobs.

We have just had the front of our property block paved by Craig Ritchie Construction. Over the past 16 years, living here, we have had multiple projects done and not a single one of those projects have gone without any problems. I was VERY reluctant to have block paving done because of Tradesman issues, but when I met Craig Ritchie he seemed very knowledgeable and was into construction. Myself, having worked within the construction industry for a few years, knows what it means to have a good foundation supporting your work (block paving), and Craig did exactly that. He started with a deep foundation, well-levelled and compacted sand on top, levelled and compacted again and laid approx 120m² of block paving with a drop-crub, transforming what we had to a function and smart front area. There were absolutely NO issues along the way and Craig was open to questions and suggestions throughout the whole project. As I had said earlier, I had lost all trust in Tradesman because of issue, but Craig has restored that trust. There are good ones out there and Craig Ritchie Construction is at the top of my list of "The Best Of Them". 

I would highly recommend Craig. When we first met Craig to discuss our new drive I could tell he would do a great job. After we meet a quote was emailed through and we agreed a start date. The job was completed as agreed and Craig and his team were very considerate and tidy workman. The quality of work and finish was great and we were really happy. Craig is well up there and one of the best trades people we have used.

Highly recommend Craig was really helpful in solving my drainage problem installing new soak away and french drain. Found him very helpful and polite did a great job.
